The item was still useable though – we just reported the need for repair the first day so they did not think we did it, and they sent the contractor out the next day. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing worth mentioning – one issue they came out and took care of as soon as we called, and for the other a contractor came to measure for repair (we assumed they had to order materials). This year we chose the Memory Maker, and wow, it did not disappoint and will be our “go-to” property in the future. We generally need a minimum of 8 bedrooms. We tried Deep Creek a few years ago for the first time, it’s been unanimous to come back every time now. We used to try to go somewhere different every time.
